Doe anyone know a good lawyer in Tucson, Az? (for child custody)?
My ex & I divorced 11 yrs. ago & I didn’t contest custody of our 2 sons. He left the state of Az & didn’t tell me or the court. He resurfaced almost 4 yrs. later & has not allowed me visitation since 2000. He has 2 warrants for his arrest (DUI & failure to pay child support in another case), & numerous other arrests. My children are not enrolled in school. He is an alcoholic & has been arrested for drug possession. I think that the kids are not in a proper environment & that they should live with me. One of the children is autistic. I think I could go to court without a laywer, but some people have told me I need on because this is an out of state issue. Does anyone know a good, but not too expensive lawyer that could help me to file the papers in AZ? Thank you & God bless you all!
