Any lawyer out there want to make some easy money?
I have a warrant out for not appearing in court for a dui in wisconsin. i live in ohio now. i know it was stupid but too late now. my employer (i’m a temp) found out about the warrant when they offered me a permanent job. i told them it was my understanding that i didn’t have to appear and it must be some kind of a mistake. they told me i need to take care of it. i can’t afford to hire a lawyer at this time, but i need someone to write a letter stating basically that we are looking into it and taking care of it. i’m willing to pay for this service, just writing a letter, and then when i can afford it, i’ll pay for whatever it takes to really go back to court and fix it.
If this works for you let me know. I think you might be on to something. Sorry, I can’t go to court, when I can find the time, and I am sober, I will be certain to set a court day which I may or may not make it to.
