Court child support question?

Tomorrow I go to court for child support contempt. I was $ 1,000 in a month ago when I had My original court date. The judge gave me more time to get a lawyer, what I did. I paid $ 500 for the sum of 1000 and another $ 100 to pay tomorrow. I have a job in a row, but have not started yet. I'm currently living full time in house of a father of three years of age, while my boyfriend works. And I have my 9 year old son (Which is due to the support) at least two nights a week, sometimes more. Always with the exception of when I was in college. I'm in Maryland, and have a DUI conviction early 2005 in my file. Am I going to jail tomorrow? There is no dogmatic answers please. Base your answers on the experience or knowledge alone. Thanks, and hurry … I really could help get to sleep tonight!

A response by a judge would be a stubborn response, nobody here has the file. Without however, is unlikely to go to jail tomorrow. The judge wants you to pay alimony, do not sit in prison. You are an effort as shown by who has paid to date and have obtained employment. Be sure to tell all that to the judge.
