Florida state. Here my dilemma … Dui … with New York state license..?
Anyone ever in a similar situation. Im trying to apply for a conditional license and they have no record of me using my ss # in florida. This is because i was still using my NY State license and never had applied for a Fl license … So… any ideas how/if i can apply in Florida. What am I looking at here …
Florida state and New York state are very different. My lawyer doesn’t try to get me the hardship license – The Dmv does it…?
Yes I have my certificate and SS card ready for when I eventually get a frigging ride to go down there and see what to do …

Your question is very confusing. Are you saying you got a DUI in Florida and have a NY drivers license? First, if you live in Florida, you are required to obtain a Florida license within 30 days, and Florida insurance. If you merely got a DUI on your NY license while visiting Florida, you need to take care of all fines or be banned from driving there. Don’t count on a hardship license. You would need a valid Florida license before it would even be considered.
