Suspended license in 1 state/getting a license in another state if u have completed everything court ordered?
ok heres the deal, i have a suspended license in Ohio from June 9, 2009 till June 9, 2010 due to a DUI. I currently have a driving privleges to and from work. I have completed a 72 hour Drivers Intervention Program, seeked farther counceling under the terms set out by my Probation Officer and i have paid my Court Cost and Paid my attorney in full and i have already paid my reinstatement fee off $475 for when i get my license back. But heres the deal. I’m going to be moving to Minnesota because my Partner is been giving a job opportunity out there. Does anyone know what the deal is with my current license here in Ohio since its suspended till June of 2010? WIll i be able to obtain a drivers license in Minnesota since I’m suspened in Ohio? I have completed everything that was ordered by the courts? Or do i have to wait till my suspention has been fully served in Ohio before i can obtain one in another state? Any help with issue would be very helpful…thank you so much 
The information pertaining to your Ohio suspension will remain in the computer database until June 2010 and any state that enters your name will get the info, therefore you would be denied. That is a condition and a consequence of your punishment.
