Las Vegas. Under The Age Drinking Charge. HELP!!! PLEASE?
I just got an under the age drinking charge for 2 Beers (AGAIN).. and i also have one 2 month ago which is taken care of but i have DUI Pending which i go to court in about a week..Im trying to go to the army and i was supposed to deploy in july but since i had the Pending DUI i couldn’t go.. I have a great attorney on the case who said she will drop the DUI to a smaller charge but i just got this new UTA Charge tonight.. What will happen.. Also I will be 21 in 1 Week and the under the age charge isn’t for 2 months.. can i get that charge dropped since ill be 2 months over 21 by the time i go to court.. What will happen.. Thank you for your time guys!
well you should have waited until you are 21 to drink but now there is a good chance that the judge wont lower the charge on the DUI with the under age drinking Vegas is real hard on repeat offenders ex-specially on under age drinking
