parole violation … what is happening?
I live in Sacramento, California, and just got my second dui. I'm still my first test dui however. I talked to a lawyer who was briefly mentioned that he does not recommend I put in bonds. I do not understand this because it is out of jail and had no bail. Will I be arrested for probation violation of my appearance before the court for my DUI? So this is my sentence for violating his freedom conditional? I have no other previous convictions, also Duis both. Thanks to all who actually helped rather than for those who do not (most of you did). As for the lady who is insinuating that I was a drinking problem …. Maybe you should re-read the question, because I was not a request.
You probably Pretty decent receive a fine, loss of license and must follow a course of alcohol of some sort. Good luck to you!
