Corruption in lower courts.?
There are frequent news in news papers about corruption in lower courts, which hurs the people most as max. cases are tried in MMs Courts or Small Causes Courts. Recently one such MM has passed an order which was improper & illigal according to an Ex. Judge of Bombay High Court and is set aside by The Sessions Court in Mumbai. I want to lodge a complaint with the Chief Justices of Supreme Court & Bombay High Court so that such thugs who act as agents of accused persons and criminals and will do any thing for money are removed from the position they occupy so that people do not suffer any more from such MM. My efforts to get help from NGOs have failed and no lawyer worth his salt has come forward to help me in making complaint. almost all the government offices and private concerns have corruption… as the politicians and top officials, running the governments are corrupt…
