VA cases of punitive damages question of law!?
I was struck by a drunk driver (hit and run) in the VA. It raises my new car. They brought in search dogs and found two hours and 50 minutes later. (She hid in a field and then turned them and was taken to ask people to use a phone for her to leave the city) when I was in prison, showed a 11. Does the law allow me the right to claim punitive damages if it was above 15 or at the time of the accident and showed his malicious intent. Do I have a case since 11 blew three hours later? If the law says 11, and can be shown that "might" have flown before 15, then you're out of luck. The court must pass what the law says that our fundamental rule of law applies to everyone. (The rule of law provides predictability and universality.) They can not get up and change a law for a set of circumstances, while insisting on its application to another. However, upon request of client general damages, I run into your claim for pain and suffering, and I would also request the cost of all last clip you or your lawyer used under any special damages.
