car accident?
I was i a not at fault accident in wv, 2 herniated disc, have to get injestions in my neck now, been to pt for almost a year hurt shoulder, concussion, car was totaled, hit by drunk driver, insur comp offered 5grand lawyer turned it down, he says it will go to litigation, is that bad?
also its alreadt been a year since the accident, and i havent worked my part time job since then, the driver of the other car was drunk at 1030am.lol
It may take a long time because they typically go back and forth a lot but you should get more than that. Hold out and trust your lawyer, that is what you are paying him/her for! I think you will get more so try not stress too much. Good luck.
