Is there negligence lawyers worthy of Central Jersey?
I was in a car accident 2/3/07 and broke a bone, including most of my right ankle / foot. After 6-71/2 weeks. Does anyone know of any lawyer dealing with negligence or something preferably in the center of New Jersey (County Middlesex, Union County) – Personal experiences would be good if this happened to someone else. Thank you.
What do you mean neglect? By the hospital? A wrong diagnosis is not an act of negligence unless the diagnosis has caused damage. As there is very little we can do for a broken in the foot, but are left out, I probably would not have done much more if a proper diagnosis first. The car accident broke his foot, not the hospital. Orders who is to blame here.
