DWI & DUI Attorneys Help

An impersonating plus a verbally abusive attorney (Brian s Glass/chicago) .?

After i was done parking my car in a tight spot (edgwater-chicago) , i see this person coming up to me checking the bumper of the minivan ahead of me and telling me that he was a sheriff and he will make pay for it (for what exactly , i have no clue !!) so i had a good laugh about it , and then he pulled some kind of ID (yellow with a blue stripe) all i remembered it was written cook county in it) and after that he said he was a lawyer as well which was true because i goggled his name .
after the cops came he DENIED saying he was a sheriff so we exchanged information for a car accident report .
i have all his information’s and i really wanna file a police report for impersonating a police officer and call the bar association for misconduct while off duty .
Any advices how to properly do that ? thank you.
