A lawyer? The extradition to Illinois from Florida?

My boyfriend picked me up in Miami for an arrest warrant "in Illinois. Derives a DUI which was originally a crime has been reduced to a misdemeanor, but it is coming in the office of the division as a crime. Poor public defender and I can not remember Atty've seen in a private, who declared for $ 1,000, which could go talk to the State Office of Atty and try to reach an agreement that will not be extradited?? Is this still possible? Do not want to try to find the money if it is not. We have 4 children and is our only source of income for very helpful suggestions! Thanks!

I'd like to get the phone number of the district attorney that a case where you are. (May not even be one.) Then I would call the county / city Illinois and explain it was collected or where it is. I know that the extradition AV there is nothing to overcome. VA accuse someone on the charge of the extradition and ask if want to fight.
