DWI & DUI Attorneys Help

someone please i need a lawyer?

i recently was arrested on criminal charges.. i have a very Strong case but with a public defender I’m going to be rail roaded. and go to prison for something i didn’t do. is there any way to get a lawyer that can help me. i only make 7.75 an hour and I’m a good guy but without a lawyer that’s there with my best interest in mind it will be all bad.. can anyone help?

I dont think your going to find a lawyer on yahoo buddy, also keep in mind, anyone claiming to be lawyer on here, and gives you advice, is full of shit, no lawyer can give you legal advice without having you sign a client-attorney confidential agreement and they cannot advise you on matters without taking your case, they can be disbarred for that.

public defenders will most likely go for the plea-bargin, mostly due to the fact that they get over loaded. so your screwed there as well. and if you dident do anything, then you souldent have gotten arrested in the first place, but guit by association is 9 10th’s of the law, you can be arrested just for being in a group of people that are breaking the law.
