Underage DUI Accident. Penalties?
My Brother got into a one vehical car accident(he ran ito a pole). and he was drinking. Hes 19 years old and had a freind in the passanger seat. they both went to the hospital but are fine. This is his first offence, and the passenger of the car is going to try to help my brother in court so theres no problem there. Hes also never been introble with the law before.
Is there a risk of jail time? what are the chances of him going to jail? Should he get a attorney? how much do these cases cost on average? What penalties do people have to deal with on average, with a case like this?
