Auto Accident Lawyer Ct

Should I see a lawyer about this?

I was in an auto accident last year. First, i was seen by the hospital at the ER. I seemed fine on the outside. No broken bones, ect. My back and neck were sore so i started seeing my chiropractor who treated my previously with a knee injury. I also made several visits to my regular md about my aches and pains. I asked both my chiropractor and my regular md if i should have an mri, ct scan, and anyother scans to look at the soft tissue unseen by x-rays. They stated i was not exhibiting the “right” pains to need any of those scans i inquired about. Six months later and many chiropractor treatments later i still felt i needed an mri/cts scans so i finally got my MD to order the scans. What ya know. I have a bulging disk in my lumbar area. I am in pain night and days. I am in physical therepy at the moment. If i had not pressed my MD about ordering the scans i would still not know what was causing my pain. I have never been in this situation where i don’t even trust my dr’s. WSID?

First of all you should stop going to a chiropractor….they are useless and a quick fix. These are the guys/girls that werent good enough to apply to medical school and become real doctors. I would consult an attorney, but I would consult an attorney for anything….lets cash in every chance we get baby!!! I’m just thinking that if from a medical standpoint the doctor did not feel it was necessary to perform the exam….then theres probably not much your attorney will do for you….I mean not ordering the tests does not seem like gross negligence to me or anything

fyi….i dont ever trust my doctors….i went to law school and we had a lot of functions with the medical school on campus….so I know a lot of med students and knowing them reminds me that all doctors were probably the same and not worthy of my trust….they are human (even if they dont think so) and should be treated that way…question everything
