Continuing medical misdiagnosis?

I was in a car accident on 03/01/2007. I've been seeing on 03/03/2007 and 04/03/2007 ROE for my injuries. They did the back and neck pain was just the typical pain and my pain in the jaw (Click on the mirror of the jaw w / when windhsield published) has a contusion (bruise). According to the chiropractor and my back pain Neck pain is multiple subluxation (vertebrae shiftment) and a severe case of impengement nerve syndrome. My dentist says I have a fractured lower jaw of the mirror hit me. We have a lawyer handling everything and the company Insurance paid for the vehicle and pay the lesions. My question is: I can sue the emergency room of a hospital and two doctors who treated me in it for diagnosis wrong about my wounds, especially when broken jaw and told me it was just a bruise? No processing done by the dentist of the mandible because it is stable and that a fracture, which allowed him to recover from his entourage. I live in Illinois.

Personally, I think you're a punk, if you want to process. They will not hurt you. They tried to help. in many cases, pain and breaks and other injuries not noticed that some days after the initial car accident. stop trying to get money quickly.
