Drunk driving accident-free – quick question!?
My cousin (24 years) called me from the hospital last night – apparently led quickly so a bar parking lot after last call and came to a phone on the street – is a very big way, with four taxiways. He said that an ambulance took him to hospital, but police could not recall having participated. They took his blood and if all they know it was loaded, but so far nothing has happened to him – was released. He can not find your car and could not drag it anywhere. I asked a top lawyer. Could you ever been arrested? How could find your car? It's a bit painful to know that someone can be charged at the wheel of a car and have zero consequences. FYI we are in Massachusetts.
